Application Submission flow:
1. Click on "Register" button at the end of
Instructions
2. Fill all information in the form and click on
“Register & Generate Form” button.
3. Check your photo, Application No and Barcode
then print the generated form.
4. You can fill challan details afterwards by Login
till last date.
5. Submit filled form with attestation and
attachment to GTU before Last Date of Hard
copy submission. If you send incomplete form
to GTU, it will be rejected.
Registration will be open for first 5000
candidates in Phase - 2.
Instruction
1. An applicant has to fill correct data so that
Exam Centres and Hall Ticket can be alloted
correctly.
2. An applicant has to pay the fees of Rs. 200 for
Theory & Practical both (or)
Rs.100 for Theory only (or)
Rs.100 for Practical only in any SBI branch.
Please read carefully Fee Payment instruction.
3. To make online payment through the link given
below use your Application number as
Registration number.
4. Please write SBI collect reference number in
text-box of Challan/transaction number(Starts
with "DU"). Please write "SBI" as branch name
in case of debit/credit/internet banking
payment.

5. In case of debit/credit/internet banking
payment E-receipt of transaction must be
attach with the application, and in case of cash
payment please attach Depositor copy of
challan. Please keep one copy(Xerox) with you
for further reference.
6. Please attach photo Id proof document with
the application, otherwise your application will
be rejected.
7. Application form has to be filled up online &
the printout duly signed by the candidate and
Head Of Department with Stamp.
8. Candidate has to submit the application form
along with fees challan(Depositor Copy) to GTU
on or before 25th August. 2014.
9. Venue of Exam will be announced on our web-
site: ccc.gtu.ac.in
10. An applicant must submit their application in
GTU personally or send to GTU via Post to "The
Registrar, Gujarat Technological University
Nr.Vishwakarma Government Engineering
College Nr.Visat Three Roads, Visat -
Gandhinagar Highway Chandkheda, Ahmedabad
– 382424 - Gujarat”.
11. GTU is not responsible for any postal delay.
12. Application received after Last Date of Submit
will be Rejected.
13. Your submission must have.
Application Printout, with proper Attestation of
candidate and Head Of Department with
Stamp.
Original Copy of Challan(Depositor Copy).
Photo ID proof (Voter card/Driving license/
PAN card/Passport/Adhar Card) any one.
Please write "CCC Exam Form" on top of the
Envelope.
14. Please verify before printing that Barcode
and Photo is properly displayed or not.
15. If photo is not visible , then stick the photo in
the form & also mail the pasted (scanned)
photo along with your Application No. to
ccc@gtu.edu.in, If photo is visible then photo
can’t be changed.
16. Please mail to "ccc@gtu.edu.in" regarding any
application form query/problem.
